Real Wound 3D Transfer Kit is a complete professional system designed to support the creation of realistic, pre-sculpted silicone wound transfers.
Developed for use within clinical simulation, emergency training and a range of moulage scenarios, this kit provides all core materials required to produce flexible, skin-conforming 3D wound transfers with control and consistency.
Silicone is applied to the supplied wound plates, during the cure process, transferred directly onto the skin to reveal a detailed, pre-formed injury. The system allows for repeatable, high-fidelity results while maintaining durability suitable for hands-on training scenarios.

120ml Baldiez (encapsulate / release support)
100ml Acetone (for surface preparation and blending)

Real Wound Sculpt Silicone set consists of pre-coloured, cosmetic-grade, platinum-cure silicone developed for professional moulage and simulation use, supporting the creation of a wide range of realistic injuries built directly on the body with control and consistency. As the core material within the Real FX Wound Silicone Sculpting System, designed with clinical realism in mind, add into silicone wounds to add a realistic waterproof silicone wound filler to give wounds depth and constancy.

A pack of pre-made, various sized, toughened silicone bone fragments developed to support clinically realistic compound fracture simulation. Designed to be placed directly into Real Wound Sculpt silicone, the fragments create the appearance of exposed bone within complex injuries, fully rendered with exposed marrow and cavity detail. Durable, premade and reusable for consistent realism.

About Linzi
With over 20 years’ experience in simulation makeup and moulage, I’ve spent my career focused on making medical training more realistic, meaningful, and effective.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting everything from local events to large-scale, multi-agency training across the UK and beyond — working with military, emergency services, and healthcare teams to bring realism into some of the most demanding learning environments.
Moulage has always been more than just SFX makeup for me, its a passion. It’s about creating a believable scenarios where learners can truly engage — where confidence can grow before stepping into real-life situations.
After previously founding and growing a successful simulation business with a brilliant team, I’m now focusing on a new venture Real FX Simulation, my aim to share that knowledge, support others in the field, and continuing to explore the boundaries of realistic simulation in training and education.
