I recently joined Nicola for an episode of This is Simulation, where we talked all things moulage, simulation, and the journey that has taken me through more than 20 years in the industry.

We discuss the role moulage plays in creating meaningful learning experiences, the importance of collaboration within simulation teams, clinical considerations, how newcomers can get started, and a few stories from my 20-year journey in the industry, and, yes... a few moulage mishaps along the way!

It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on a exciting career that evolved in a eventful way. We also touched on what lies ahead for Real FX Simulation and my passion for continuing to support the simulation community through education and shared experience.
